Hi, I'm Michele — founder of Welltivity.

I believe each of us has a unique mission on this earth, and that we need strong minds and bodies to live it out in service of others. Strength doesn't happen by accident. It's built: through informed nutrition, intentional movement, and the everyday choices that come from understanding how our bodies and minds actually work.

I live that belief on the trails I run, roads I cycle, in the open water I swim, and at the start line of every race. But long before any finish line, the real work was learning how to fuel the body and mind, turning aspiration into action through knowledge.

That's exactly the work Welltivity does for the brands, researchers, and public health teams we partner with. They have the science that helps people live healthier, stronger lives. Our job is to make that science clear, engaging, and usable, so it reaches the people who need it and gives them what they need to live their own purpose well.

  • Every project starts with a focused kickoff to align on your audience, goals, and definition of success. From there, we map a clear timeline, set milestones, and get to work. You’ll have a single point of contact, regular check-ins, and a streamlined path from brief to final delivery.

  • Everything we build lives at the intersection of nutrition, health, and wellness — that's our specialty and the lens we bring to every project. Within that focus, we specialize in eLearning, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations. We create everything from training curricula and scientific posters to patient education, category strategy decks, and sales presentations. If your project spans formats, we seamlessly bring it together into one cohesive experience.

  • We don’t just design—we translate complex content into clear, engaging experiences. We’re collaborative, efficient, and low-friction. We respect your expertise, bring structure to your content, and keep projects moving—so you can focus on what you do best.

  • Timelines vary by scope, but most presentations and infographics are completed within 2–4 weeks from approved brief to final delivery. eLearning projects typically run 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. Need it faster? We’re known for our speed—we’ll be upfront about what’s realistic and deliverable.

  • We're flexible. Most projects are priced as a fixed fee once we understand the scope, but we also bill hourly when that's what a client prefers, and we work with purchase orders for clients whose systems require them. For new engagements, we typically begin with a retainer to kick things off, with the balance due on delivery. Whatever your procurement process looks like — POs, retainers, hourly, or project-based — we'll fit into it rather than ask you to fit into ours.

  • Both — depending on what you need. Sometimes we extend an in-house team that's at capacity. Other times we run the project end-to-end. We're comfortable handing off editable files, training your team on the templates we build, or staying on as long-term partners.

  • Yes. We sign NDAs as a matter of course and have worked on pre-launch products, regulated content, and clinical material across CPG and life sciences. Confidentiality is the baseline, not the exception.
